Sixs 6 Terms & Conditions — A Complete Guide for Members

1. General Terms

By using the sixs 6 platform (hereinafter referred to as "sixs 6", "we", or "the Platform"), you fully agree to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the entity operating sixs 6.

Using the sixs 6 website, mobile app, or any related services constitutes your acknowledgment that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using sixs 6.

• If a bet is voided due to a system error, a full refund will be issued.

• The rollover requirement period is generally 7 days.

8. Responsible Gaming

• Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly betting limits.

9. Account Closure & Suspension

Sixs 6 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any member's account for the following reasons.

• Violating these Terms & Conditions.
• If KYC information cannot be verified or false information has been provided.
• Engaging in suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• When required by a court order or law enforcement authority.

Members will be notified by email or SMS before their account is closed. The process for returning any valid balance depends on the reason for closure.

Members may also request account closure at any time, in which case any verified balance will be returned.

10. Limitation of Liability

Sixs 6 is not liable for the following.

• Losses caused by internet disconnection.
• If a member's password is compromised due to their own negligence.
• In the event of issues with third-party servers or payment services.
• In the event of natural disasters or other circumstances beyond our control.

Sixs 6 always works to resolve technical issues promptly. If any bet is affected by a technical problem, the stake for that bet will be refunded.

11. Changes to Terms & Conditions
